The supplier is not at fault as a carrier, but all the boxes were damaged.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look as high-quality as it does in the ad photo. It's completely black and not silver-plated as shown in the photo. A shame.

Good product. This is the second time I've ordered it. The first one broke when I was removing the cap to refill with oil, and after gluing it back together, it no longer rotated smoothly because there was no fluidity in the rotation.
