It works perfectly, but I want to clarify that you have to attach the metal ring that comes with it so that it grips well and doesn't fall off. Even though there are gaps in the street, I didn't need to use the base that comes with it since my car is flat where I planned to place it. I recommend it; it doesn't fall off or move.

It works wonderfully! The vacuum grip is super strong as long as the surface is flat, such as glass, smooth plastics, etc. The magnet works quite well and fits with my UAG brand MagSafe case, without needing to use the magnetic ring that comes in the package.
